We are able to order and collect from all participating local surgeries.

 

We can order from other surgeries in England, provided they are able to send the prescription via EPS ( electronic prescription service) so even if you don't live nearby but work in the area we can help you.

 

Please note that a request to a doctor for an item does not always mean the doctor will or can prescribe that item and we would be unable to dispense items in that instance.

 

 It is requested that patients only order items that are needed and inform us if they don't want a particular item ordered to reduce medicines waste.

 

Whilst every endeavour is made to process repeat prescriptions within 3 working days, the length of time an individual surgery takes to process a repeat prescription can vary and is out of control. We make every effort to ensure patients are not without vital medication.
